Our CredentialsWee Adventures is a family business run by husband and wife team Biscuit and Sarah Turner since 2015. Sarah is Captain Indoors and manages the business, enabling Biscuit, Captain Outdoors (or Richard if he's in trouble) to deliver it with an infectious enthusiasm, natural skill in all things outdoors and an effortless manner with people of all ages.
On a serious note, Biscuit has over 20 years experience as an adventure sports coach and guide. He is a qualified BCU Level 4 canoe and kayak coach. He also holds his Summer Mountain Leader Award and is a Single Pitch Award Climbing Instructor and Mountain Bike Leader. Your safety is at the heart of everything we do. We are fully licensed by the Adventure Activity Licensing Authority and insured by Activities Industry Mutual. Adventure Activities are inherently risky, but we firmly believe that the benefits far outweigh the risks. You may not notice it, but Biscuit will be constantly assessing and minimising any risks while you, or your children, are out adventuring with us to ensure that everyone can enjoy our activities in a safe environment with the highest possible standards of care. |
Perfect PerthshireWe are based in Aberfeldy, Perthshire, the geographic centre of Scotland and home to some of Scotland's finest lochs, rivers, forests, walks, bike trails, munros and crags. Perthshire is an amazing natural playground and one of Scotland’s best adventure travel destinations. Our activities often run in Weem Forest, The Birks of Aberfeldy, Bennybeg Crieff, Loch Tay, Loch Faskally and the River Tummel. We can also come to you for birthday parties, contact us to discuss.
Aberfeldy is very accessible, we are only an hour and a half's drive from Edinburgh and Glasgow, and two hours from Inverness. Highland Perthshire is a fantastic combination of everything that makes Scotland so special: an incredible natural environment with outdoor activities to match, world class food and drink providers, a unique culture and heritage with friendly and engaging people ... it's a great place to explore, come and visit! |
